What Value Do You Create?

I am taking a day break but here is a piece of humor for you to think about! Not funny if you are on the receiving end but the fact is sometimes that’s how a company measure your value.

Some CEO’s were hired precisely to restructure the company to get it’s profit and lost statement back into the black and they get paid the big bucks for firing people. I know many people hate such a fellow and think he got his pay check by firing them (which in a sense is true). However, from the company’s point of view, he just made the company profitable and competitive again. That is his strength and he capitalized on it.

Everyone has a strength and you have it too. If you don’t know what it is, you just haven’t found it. Keep searching.

    This can be proved with photoelectric effect (Einstein) and Compton Scattering (Compton)

    There are good and bad sides of everything. It only depends on which side we choose to be. :)
