A Summary Of 9 Secret Steps To Life Transformation

It’s been slightly more then 2 months since I wrote my first post on the “9 Secret Steps To Life Transformation” series. It started with the simple vision that I wanted to pen down my success formula that I had put together through years of trial and error at my own cost. I wanted to share it with you and others like you who are interested to help yourself, which is probably why you are sitting here reading this blog.

I believed that abundance starts with giving and sharing. By sharing this gift, I believed that I will attract more into my life. More experience to gain, more positive people to meet, more things to learn and a more fulfilling life.

It is also my hope that my 9 steps has helped at least some of you in some ways. If it did, thank you. I thank you because, you made my sharing valuable and meaningful. If it had help no one or motivated none, it would have been futile. So, Thank You from the bottom of my heart.

Law of Attraction - When Should You Give Up (Part 3)?

In my earlier post, I recommend you adopt 4 steps process when you meet a situation when you need to consider if you should give up.

Step 1 requires you to acknowledge any negative energy vibration you are having

Step 2 requires you to identify whether the “problem” is an issue of setting a goal beyond your belief or you do not like the process/ activities/ actions you need to do.

Today, lets discuss about step 3: Could you change what you are feeling negative about?

If the “problem” is a goal setting issue, it is easily resolved. You need to acknowledge that even plants take certain time to grow or it takes 40 weeks for a baby to be born. You cannot expect to achieve success by short-cut the process beyond its minimum time-frame. Thus, you must learnt how to manage your expectations to receive the results from your actions. 

Permit yourself to set incremental baby goal. If it is difficult to convince yourself that you can jump from $8000 per year to $1,000,000, then plan it to earn the first $50,000 per year. You can set your next $100,000 once the original is achieved.

If the problem is you are not comfortable with the process/ activities/actions required, then consider if you can change the process? For example, you are not comfortable to make one to one presentation on your MLM opportunity , then consider if you can automate this process using videos to present the required information to your prospects. The objective is to change the process so that you will feel positive energy in putting actions so that you take 1 step closer to your goal each day.  

Step 4: Make a decision

At this stage, you probably know how to make that important decision.

You can either:-

a) Change your goal into incremental baby steps or

b) Change the process if you could.

What if the process cannot be changed? Then be truthful to yourself and reconsider to go into another plan or vehicle to bring you to complete your dream.

The key here is you have only changed your current vehicle for a more appropriate one, but you should not give up your dream.

So if someone asks you if you are ready to give up, please reply that person:-

” I am receptive towards changes and this applies to my plan. But I will never give up what I truly want to be”

Believe me, the universe will help you to reach your goal by the commitment you put into this journey.

Law of Attraction - When Should You Give Up (Part 2)?

In my earlier post, I like you to recall any experience when you feel like giving up a project/ business/ relationships. What decision did you make? How did you arrive at your decision?

Should you give up? 

I suggest that you adopt 4 steps process to conclude at a decision of whether you should give up.

1) How did you Feel?

If results aren’t showing and self doubt or frustration steps in, it is pretty easy to assume that you are in a negative energy vibration.

In Law of Attraction, we understand that when we are in a negative energy vibration, the universe is sending you a signal to alert you that something is not aligned to what you want and you should address the issue.

However, if results are not showing but you are still motivated to take massive actions, then there is probably nothing wrong with what you are doing currently.

2) What causes the negative emotion?

When you acknowledge the negative emotion, you are also ready to acknowledge what is the “problem area”.

Is this ”problem” a process issue or a goal setting issue? What do I mean by that?

For example, you are currently earning $30,000 per year. You have set a goal to earn more money of $XX per year and decided to join a MLM.

You have set a goal to create $1,000,000 per year.  If you jump from earning $30,000 to $1 million, the jump may appear too huge that your belief does not match up. It is like whilst you have the desire to dream big, you do not have the same level of belief to match it. When your belief is weak, you do not expect your actions to manifest into results. This becomes a goal setting issue and you can resolve this issue by planning your goal using James’s Ladder of Dreams method.

Or you could be setting your goal in incremental milestones but you dislike the process of doing the cold calls, one to one business presentation. This is a business process issue.

Law of Attraction - When Should You Give Up (Part 1)?

You believe in law of Attraction.

You have practiced visualization.

You have put in the necessary actions to move towards your dream.

But… results aren’t showing. Your self doubt begins to step in….

Do you have such experience before? The question is should you give up? Is it time to let go?

In the past 4 posts, we talked about the talent show “Britain’s got talent” and how we should search for an appropriate vehicle to spread our talent to the world. Your vehicle could be network marketing, internet marketing, a job, a retail shop etc.

If you are not deriving results from the current vehicle but instead feel much negative emotions, I recommend that you adopt 4 Steps process to decide if the current vehicle is the appropriate one to complete your dreams:-

1) What is your energy vibration during your action stage? Is it negative?

2) Why are you having negative emotion?

3) Could you change the result?

4) Make a decision

Think over the above questions and leave me a comment if you have personally encountered such experience which you need to make a decision. What did you do? What did you consider to arrive at a conclusion?

9 Secret Steps To Life Transformation: 8 Steps Visualization Technique

Hi Folks,

I talked about visualizing your dream in your last post. There are many ways to do it, some do it via vision boards, some do it via meditation and some can even hold their vision like a high definition movie in their mind. For me I feel my way to my vision.

What I’m sharing here is a common way that most people can practice, I must say that I’m not the expert in this area and I used this method before I found out that feeling my way to my vision was more suitable for me. But most people start with this simple visualization technique, you will no doubt find a suitable way for yourself sometime along your journey.

So, here is how you do it:

1) Find a nice quiet, cooling place without distractions. Get a nice cushion, chair, mat to sit down.

2) Get you relaxation or beta wave musics ready on whatever players you like and play them at background volume and close your eyes.

3) Take 3 minutes to free yourself of whatever thought you have at that moment. Slowly erase the surrounding, erase everything, let go of your thoughts.

4) Take 3 minutes to take back your responsibilities. Think back who/what you have blamed recently. Think of what you could have done instead, hold them. So do you still want to blame them? Probably not, release all of them. Take a deep breath, Exhale!

5) Take 4 minutes to go through your gratitude list mentally, gives thanks to each and everyone on your list. Feel the happiness.

6) Take 10 minutes to visualize you goals, what needs to be done to achieve them, how you are do what it takes to achieve them, feel yourself achieving them, think of what you can do after achieving them, feel the euphoria, rush, happiness, excitement and accomplishment when you achieve them. Hold the feeling, rejoice in the feeling, be happy that you can achieve your goal and what it represents.

7) Take 5 minutes to visualize what you are going to do today to achieve your goal in Step 6, visualize it step by step, details by details, picture yourself doing it. Visualize that by the end of the day, you would have accomplished you task and be that much closer to your dream. Rejoice in that feeling of accomplishment.

8) Take 5 minutes to slowly bring yourself back to awareness, slowly feel the environment around you, let your visions merge back to reality but keep the positive feelings in your heart. Now you are ready to begin your day and accomplish your goals!

That’s it! Now you are ready to start visualizing your goals and dreams. You may feel unnatural, uneasy, uncomfortable or simply don’t feel anything. That is normal. What happens is that you are holding on to your logical, conscious mind. Let it go, ask your logical mind to take a break. Let go of your logical thoughts and feel the emotions hidden deep within. So don’t worry, if it doesn’t work at first. Just need a little practice. :)
