9 Secret Steps To Life Transformation: How To Keep Your Dreams Alive (Part 2)
Hey Folks,
Are you ready for some “Vitamin F”! If you don’t know what I’m talking about, it’s in our post yesterday!
I’ve mentioned that I know of 3 methods to keep your dreams alive and they are:
1) Visualization Method
2) Realization Method
3) Businessman Method
Let’s talk about Visualization Method, recently made famous by “The Secret” Movie. This is the most commonly used method by far and I have actually shared this method in a previous post called “9 Secret Steps To Life Transformation: 8 Steps Visualization Technique“. It can be applied to any type of dreams or goals but success depends on your ability to visualized and how you feel your visions. That’s why there are loads of tools to help this group of people in their visualization process. Here is a list of the tools:
Vision Boards
If you cannot hold the image of your dream in your mind, how about creating a board with pictures of your dream on it. All you need to do after that is to look at pictures of your dream! This is by far the most common tool used by nearly every person has done any goal setting. Even my 6 year old daughter have a vision board!
Vision Cards
Basically Miniature version of Vision Boards! Vision Boards are too large to carry around so the next best thing is to shrink your vision board into credit card size. So you can carry it around and visualize anytime, anywhere. Of course with the reduced size, you can’t fit a hundred pictures on it, so choose the most important picture you have.
Vision Movies
Animate your vision board with sound and moving images! Turn it into a movie or a screen saver! Load it up on your PC or mobile phone. Play it anytime! One tool that I came across in this category is called MindMovies. Such as this:
Meditations
A technique that clears your mind and focus it on certain thoughts or awareness. More information can be found at Wikipedia.
Beta Brainwave Musics
A tool to tune your brain activities to an excited level and allows you to visualized with crystal clear images and real emotions! You have to try it to believe it. Good thing about this is that you can do it anytime, anywhere without disturbing anyone and no body will know that you are doing visualization.
Visualization does not mean that you must always sit down, close your eyes and enter a meditation like trance. You can visualize by watching your vision board, vision card, vision movies or whatever tools you choose to use and feel good after looking at it! When you get that good feeling, that’s the “Vitamin F” you needed to keep your dream alive.
There, you are done feeding your dream to keep it alive using the “Visualization Method”. Was that difficult? Absolutely not!
Now, take your pick. Choose one of the method that suits you to help feed your dream. If it doesn’t feel right for you, choose another one. And I would really love to hear your story if you have had any experience using any of the methods mentioned above, either before or after reading this post.
Love,
James
PS: Looks like I may need 1 more post to complete all the 3 methods, so part 4 will be on 30th June.
